Comments:- According to the article on the «Cantores de Madrid» in DISCOFILIA (No.57 III 1961 p.130) this recording was made by Spanish Columbia (i.e. Alhambra) in October 1951. The cast reported is the same for both the Montilla and the Alhambra LPs so presumably the recordings are the same. If this is correct Columbia/Alhambra must have licensed the recording to Montilla.
